Thank you very much for your fantastic support and advice on the recent sale of our father's home.  You helped turn what could have been a very difficult process into one that allowed myself and my siblings to use the time preparing the house for sale to reminisce very fondly of the times with out father and mother.  You worked diligently with use and the buyers through a couple of last-minute negotiations that ended up being 5 minute conversations instead of multi-day give and take arguments.  You continued to support us with a few unforseen issues that emerged after the house closed.
